I have a passion for supporting others heal, refresh, transform, elevate, find meaning and purpose, peace and freedom. I have an extensive and diverse professional experience spanning two decades as an educator, addictions and trauma therapist, family + child trauma counsellor, cognitive behavioural therapist, facilitator of a range of therapeutic programs, a curriculum writer, program architect and a leader of services.
My lived experience, has given me great compassion for others having transcended to a place beyond PTSD, depression and anxiety to live a life of triumph, deep inner peace and purpose. This has been at the heart of my message as a Spiritual Leader, having spoken at Pastoral and Women’s seminars in India, Uganda and Thailand, inspiring and strengthening others to live a faith-filled life of courage and purpose.
After 17 years of experience in the traditional workforce, I took the leap of faith to birth my vision for the ‘Spiritual Well’, an online space to facilitate health and well-being, healing and transformation. Most importantly, Spiritual Well is a business that LEADs with its heart. We actively donate to charities and projects that support WELLNESS, HEALING and GROWTH in our local communities. My desire is for us to walk together, strengthening our SPIRIT, building our communities and while we do, enjoy this beautiful adventure called LIFE.

The Spiritual Well was birthed out of Luisa Palu’s holistic approach to wellbeing after years working as a therapist supporting children, adults and families heal mentally, emotionally and physically. The Spiritual Well flowed out of her desire to support peoples wellness, growth and healing and to create a physical ‘well’ (place) to support well-being and to draw healing for the mind, body and soul.
We recognise the innate wisdom within plants, within our own bodies and within our inner ‘knowing’ to heal. We also acknowledge that all creation reflects the magnificent wisdom of the Ancient One. The Creator. The Source.
We draw from many WELLS to create our wide range of Wellness products and our signature ‘Prophetic Blueprint’ programs that support wellness, healing and growth. Wells of the Spirit. Ancient Wells. Indigenous Knowledge. Quantum Physics. Energetic Science. Aromatherapy and Natural Medicine.
