I have a passion for supporting others heal, refresh, transform, elevate, find meaning and purpose, peace and freedom. With an extensive and diverse professional experience spanning over two decades as an educator, addictions and trauma therapist, family + child trauma counsellor, cognitive behavioural therapist, group + workshop facilitator, curriculum writer, program architect and a leader of services.
My lived experience has given me depth of insight, having transcended to a place beyond PTSD, depression and anxiety to live a life of triumph, deep inner peace and purpose. At the core of my practise is integrating the different dimensions of SELF to bring healing to the mind, body, soul and spirit.
After 17 years of experience in the traditional workforce, I took the leap of faith to birth my vision for the ‘Spiritual Well’, an online space to facilitate health and well-being, healing and transformation. .
