APPLICATION: For massaging, add a generous amount of oil to the palm of your hand and massage the area needing attention.

As a Body Oil for the Skin: Add a few drops to the palm of your hand and massage in a clockwise direction to damp skin after showering. - Use morning and night to reduce the appearance of stretch marks, scars and blemishes during pregnancy and times of weight fluctuations.  

As a Bath Oil, add several capfuls of oil to your bath according to your preference.
